1. Why the name Glow Natureal ? 
    • Our aim is to provide you a “NatuReal” glow that’s long lasting from NATURAL and REAL products that are handcrafted out of edible ingredients and not synthetic chemicals. 
    • Glow that comes from within, Glow that is long lasting and not harmful to your health or the environment.
     
    2. Can your containers be reused or returned?
    • Most of our products are packed in glass containers and paper bags so it can be easily reused. We don’t have logo on our bags, not because we don’t love it, but because we want people to re-use it. They make beautiful gifting bags.
    • Also all our containers can be easily reused in storing snacks, spices, art materials and so on. A lot of thought has been put in choosing each and every container to ensure its useability.
    3. What do you mean when you say “GlowNatureal provides Natural products”?  
    • At GlowNatureal, we only use ingredients that you can identify with. Most of our ingredients are edible. That’s one of the reason our products don’t have a very long shelf life.

    • Freshly prepared

    • Cruelty free
    • Long shelf life is always desirable but that comes with adding a lot of harmful chemicals and preservatives in the product
    • No toxic chemicals
    • No artificial fragrances

    • No mineral oil
    • No steroids
    4. What is the average shipping time of your products?
    •      Average shipping time: A week
    Minimum: 2-3 days
    Maximum: 10-12 days

    5. What should I keep in mind if I am using Natural products for the first time?
    • Anything that’s natural gives you long term results. So please be regular in usage. Make it a part of your routine
    • Also, although our products are chemical free, we still recommend you do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or are not sure of your allergens. If you feel itchiness or redness after application please rinse the product immediately and inform us.
    6. How should I store my products?
    •  Please keep the products away from direct sunlight. Ideally in a cool place away from heat or in a refrigerator is always good.
    7. Why are many of your products in powder form?
    • There are several reasons for the same.
    • Premixed or water based products require addition of heavy preservatives for the shelf life. So we prefer powder form for its purity.
    • You actually get much more product when it is given in powder form. You can add the actives and use as much as required so there is less wastage.
    • Premixed products loose its efficacy over time. Dry masks which are activated while using are much more potent.
    8. Are your products good to be used by men and women both?
    • Absolutely! We have many men using our products regularly for their skin and hair care. Get in touch to know which one works as per your skin and hair concern.
    9. Can I use the products for my kid?
    • Yes a lot of our products can be used for the kids like the Ayurvedic bath powder, lip balm, ubtan, organic rose water , soaps , body butter , hair oil and so on.
    • However a child’s skin tends to be more sensitive so we recommend children over 1 year to use these products.
