Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

At GlowNatureal , each product is crafted with care and intention. As a small-batch, natural skincare and haircare brand, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards which means:


No Cancellations or Exchanges

🌿 We do not accept any cancellations once an order is placed.

🌿 We do not offer exchanges for any reason other than a wrong or faulty product being delivered.

Please be absolutely certain before placing your order.


Refunds or Replacements (Only for Wrong or Faulty Deliveries)


Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

🌿 You receive a different product than what you ordered, or

🌿 The product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.


To qualify:

🌿 You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the order.

🌿 Please email us at glownatureal@gmail.com with:

🌿 Clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and issue.

🌿 Your order number and details.


Processing Time:

🌿 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in a minimum of 4 weeks.

🌿 If a replacement product is approved, it will be dispatched in no less than 1 week.

 

Terms and Conditions: 

  • Order once placed cannot be changed. 
  • Although our products are chemical free, we still recommend you to do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or not sure of your allergens. If you feel itchiness or redness after application, please rinse the product immediately and inform us
  • Please keep the products away from direct sunlight
  • Colours of the product may be a shade lighter or darker due to the lighting.
  • For any exchange or refund, pictures are compulsory within 3 days of product delivery. 

Privacy Policy:

  • Using our pictures or videos without our permission will lead to strict legal actions.
  • Copying our products or descriptions will be liable for legal action.
